WHAT IS STRIKEFIT?
StrikeFit® is the exclusive conditioning program of the Krav Maga Alliance. Classes at our headquarters are constantly full. We offer instructor certifications designed to give you the tools you’ll need to successfully run a safe and fluid, kick-butt calorie burning, FUN conditioning program. We have conducted StrikeFit® certifications across the United States and in Europe. The certification includes:
- Use of the trademark StrikeFit® name so long as you are a member in good standing
- Access to marketing photos, fliers, videos, and other materials
- Lesson plans
- Update videos with new ideas, exercises, drills, and striking combinations
- Look for StrikeFit® certifications on the Events page of our website!
