Ground -Elbow Escape from Full Mount
Ground - Elbow Escape from Side Mount
Drill - escape, get up, defend combos (hands only!)
ADVANCED CLASS (D3)
Heel Kick
Jumping Spinning Heel Kick (half turn only)
Knife Downward Stab - left handed attacker, off angle
Drill: eyes closed, any self defense, include left-handed downward stab
