DRILL:
Groups of 2, Defender, Attacker. Defender begins in Ground Back Position, Attacker nearby. Attacker moves around, Defender tracks on ground. On Attacker’s “UP!” cue, Defender stands. Attacker applies Choke Front. Reset to Back Position after defense.
Ground Choke
DRILL - FINAL:
Roaming Attackers. Defenders setup at one end of the gym, Attackers at other, mounted on pad. On “BEGIN!” Defenders begin transitioning between Back Position to Standing. Attackers send 20 Ground and Pound strikes, then run down selecting a Defender. Attacker applies appropriate attack depending on position of Defender. After defense, Attacker returns for G&P to pad, Defender continues transitioning up/down.

DRILL - WARMUP: Slow & GO! Straight Punches
Groups 2, Striker, Padholder. On “GO!” all out punches, on “SLOW!” stay in fighting stance, tracking Padholder as necessary.

Advanced - Gun - Side of Head
DRILL:
Roaming Attackers. Defenders neutral, but hands up, eyes closed. Attackers roam giving verbal cue for Inside Defense OR tactile cue for Gun Side of Head.

DRILL - WARMUP: Slow & GO! Hammer fist Forward
Groups 2, Striker, Padholder. On “GO!” all out hammerfists, on “SLOW!” stay in fighting stance, tracking Padholder as necessary.
Chops (Inside & Outside)
2 Knees w/ Switch
DRILL:
Groups 2, Striker, Padholder. Striker cues with pad, Striker sends 1-3 Chops then clinches for 2 Knees. Reset.
Gun Side - Behind Arm
DRILL - FINAL:
Roaming Attackers cue for Gun Side - Behind Arm. Add 2 Knees w/ Switch into counters.
