To a tombstone pad have students practice L punch R roundkick, and L/R punch, L roundkick
inside defenses

Drill: have attacker throw punches that the defender defends with either inside defense or 360 defense.

Defensive back kick with a spin
Hair grab from behind
Hair grab from side
Drill: groups of 3, two people sparring lightly (hands only), third person makes hair grabs from behind or the side of one of the sparing defenders.
