Elbows 1-3
Drill: defender gives individual punches slowly; when the pad holder says "Go!" the defender makes Left/Right/Right Elbow very aggressively, then moves away and begins to make slow punches again.

Front Kick to the Groin
Choke from the Front

Inside Defense (review)
Inside Defense w/counterattack v. Left Punch
Inside Defense w/Counterattack v. Right Punch (2 counters)
Inside Defense w/Counterattack v. Right Punch (1 counter)
Defense v. Front Kick (redirecting)
Defense v. Front Kick (stopping)
Sparring Drill: 1 attack, 1 defend straight punches or front kick

Focus Mitts: Left/Right/slip left straight/Right/Left Hook/duck under right hook/Left Hook/Right Straight
Body Conditioning: 4-5 strikes to body, back and forth, for 2 minutes
