Focus Mitts: Combination #3
Focus Mitts: Combination #3, then bob and weave v. attacker's right hook
Focus Mitts: Combination #3, then bob and weave v. attacker's right hook, then Left Hook
Focus Mitts: Combination #3, then bob and weave v. attacker's right hook, step left and pivot, then Right Cross
Defense v. Low Round Kick (absorb)
Drill: Defend Low Round Kick and counter with Right/Left Hook
Defense v. Low Round Kick (shin block)
Drill: Defend Low Round Kicks or Right Cross
ADVANCED CLASS (A1)
Focus Mitts: Combo #3, then bob & weave v. attacker's right hook, and shoot in for double leg takedown
Headlock from the Side (review)
Headlock from the Side, Spinning Inward
Drill: reaction drill, try to make the appropriate headlock technique based on the attack. If the attacker simply holds you, make the regular headlock technique. If the attacker pulls you forward a lot, then spin inward.
