Round House Kick
DRILL:
Group of 2, Striker, Padholder. Padholder cues for either side RHK, Striker sends kick and finishes with burst of Palm Heel Strikes. Striker resets on own.

Choke Front - 1 Hand Pluck

DRILL - FINAL:
Roaming Attackers, Defenders neutral, eyes closed. Attackers can cue of PH Burst, RHK + PH Burst, or Front Choke.

INTERMEDIATE (D3)
DRILL - WARMUP: 1-3
Groups 2, Padholder, Striker. First round strikers sends 1 FGK, 1 L/R Straight Combo, 1 Clinch + Knee. Round 2 all strikes double. Round 3 all strikes triple. Switch roles after each round.

Front Groin Kick - Reflexive Defense
DRILL:
Groups 2, Striker, Padholder/Attacker. Padholder swings Tombstone as if a leg sending a FGK. Defender applies defense, Padholder transitions for Straight burst and resets.

Outside Defense 1-5

Bearhug Front w/ Lift

DRILL - FINAL:
Roaming Attackers, Defenders neutral, eyes closed. Attackers can cue of Reflexive, Outside, or Bearhug Defense

ADVANCED (D3)
Punch one direction, Kick another
DRILL:
Groups 3, Striker, 2 Padholders. Padholders position for Punch on direction, Kick another. After performing, Striker Clinches either Padholder, using as a barrier, with other Padholder attempting to tag Striker’s shoulders.

Gun Rear with Distance (Live Side)
Gun Rear with Distance (Dead Side)

DRILL - FINAL:
Same setup as drill above. Person to rear can either hold pad or gun. If pad, sends Punch/Kick combo into Stack/Shoulder Tap. If gun, perform Gun Rear, but other Padholder can charge putting pressure during gun defense.
