DRILL:
Groups of 3-4, Striker, Padholders. Striker in center. Padholders cue from various angles. Striker orients to send a burst of palm heel strikes to pad. Padholder cues from another angle. Repeat for time.
Elbows 4-7
DRILL:
Groups of 3-4, Striker, Padholders. Striker in center. Padholders cue for various elbows. Striker sends appropriate elbow, then orients to send a burst of upper body strikes to pad. Padholder cues for another elbow. Repeat for time.
Choke Rear w/ Push*
*Worked earlier in week so should be more of a review, if possible.
Choke Rear
DRILL - FINAL:
Defenders neutral/eyes closed. Attackers roam applying either Choke. Defend appropriately and reset.

Inside Defense Review
DRILL:
Groups of 3-4. Defender, Attackers. Striker in center. Attackers cue from various angles. Defender orients to square then Attacker sends Straight Punch. Defend with Inside Defense. Repeat for time.
Inside Defense v. Left/Right
DRILL:
Groups of 3-4. Defender, Attackers. Striker in center. Attackers cue from various angles. Defender orients to square then Attacker sends Left/Right Straight Punch. Defend with Inside Defenses. Repeat for time.
Defense v. High Round Kick 2 Points
DRILL:
Groups of 3-4. Defender, Attackers. Striker in center. Attackers cue from various angles. Defender orients to square then Attacker sends High Round Kick. Defend with 2 Point. Repeat for time.
Bearhug Rear Arms Free
DRILL - FINAL:
Groups of 3-4. Defender, Attackers. Striker in center. Attackers cue from various angles. Defender orients to square then Attacker sends either Left/Right Straight Punch OR High Round Kick. Attacker can also attack with Rear Bearhug AFTER any strikes have been defended. Defend accordingly. Repeat for time.

Mouth of Hand Punch
Overhand Right Punch
COMBO:
Groups of 2. Striker, Padholder. Striker sends Mouth of Hand Punch + Overhand Right + Right Elbow, repeat on opposite side.
Knife Review ALL angles*
*Begin slowly to ensure understanding then ramp up intensity of attack, defense, and attacker response/resistance. As intensity grows, incorporate disconnecting/environmental weapons as an option.
DRILL: Piranha in the Pool
One Attacker with Knife, other students walk randomly around room. Attacker begins PSYCHOTICALLY stabbing someone. Victim should try to do the full defense, but blocking/making stabbing difficult is minimum goal. Attacker should rapidly move to another victim as stabbing becomes difficult. Run for time, then switch Attacker.
Knife - Attacker holding defender with left hand.
DRILL - Final: Piranha in the Pool 2
Same as above, but Attacker latches onto ONE victim. After defending/distancing, Attacker hands knife to someone new.
