Drill Using Gloves as Focus Mitts (alternate so both people can train):
- Left/Right/slip right punch/Left Hook/Right Cross
- Left/cover v. right punch/Right/Left Uppercut/Right Cross
Knife - upward stab
Knife - off angle, upward stab
Drill: groups of three; two people do light sparing; third person attacks EITHER person with upward stab (call out name first)
