BEGINNER (B1)
DRILL: Strikes While Mounted w/ Switch
Grps of 2, one on back, one mounted, holding TS. Cues:
GO! person on bottom sends all out strikes
SWITCH! top passes pad to bottom and begins striking
ROTATE! Person on top gets up and runs to mount new person. Takes pad and drill repeats.
Ground - Back Position
Ground - Front Kick
Ground - Trap, Buck & Roll
DRILL: Defenders lying on back. Roaming attacker can mount or cue for Front Kick.
INTERMEDIATE (B1)
360 w/ Counter Strike
Side Kick (with and without advance)
DRILL:
Grp 2-3. Atkr 1, Atkr 2, Defr. Atkr 1 sends 360s against defender. Atkr 2 cues/approaches for Side Kick
Choke Behind with Pull
DRILL:
Same as above, but replace Choke for Side Kick. (Depending on experience level, Atkr 2 can choose between Choke or Side Kick)
ADVANCED (B1)
Ground - Side Mount
Ground - Side Mount Defense
Ground - Arm Lock from Side Mount
Ground - Guillotine
Ground - Guillotine Defense
DRILL:
Grp of 2. Apply Ground - Guillotine. Defend into Side Mount. Goal is to get dominant position from there. Eventually allow attacker to attempt to defend against Side Mount ASAP.
