Straight Punches -- practice double jab and also double cross
Knees - practice knees with a switch
Headlock from Behind
Choke from Behind with a Push
Drill: eyes closed; attacker makes Headlock from Behind or Choke from Behind with a Push

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B2)
Thai Pads: Left/Left Uppercut/Right Cross/Left Round Kick
Thai Pads: Right Cross/Left Hook/duck left hook/Left Hook/Right Round Kick
Defense v. Hook Punch
Defense v. Uppercut Punch
Slow Fighting: 3 rounds of 2 minutes, hands only
Defense v. Low Round Kick (shin block)
Slow Fighting: 3 rounds of 2 minutes, hands and low round kicks

ADVANCED CLASS (B2)
Thai Pads: Left Round Kick/Right Cross/Left Round Kick
Thai Pads: Left Front Kick/Right Cross/Left Hook
Gun from the Front with pushing, slapping, shouting
