Drill: Barricade Drill - knees until pad holder tells you to run; push through barricade of pads; punch target at end; 2nd attacker makes Choke from the Side
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B3)
Thai Pads: Combos 1-4, use "switch kick" for forward leg kicks
Bearhug Behind, Arms Free
Bearhug Behind, Leverage on Finger
Drill: Bearhug, escape using either technique
ADVANCED CLASS (B3)
Focus Mitts: Combos 1-4, emphasize finishing combo then moving back out of range; pad holder makes light strikes to test distance
Double Leg Takedown
Leg Triangle
Drill (light strikes to partner's hands): Left/Right/step back out of range/slip right straight/shoot for double leg; after takedown, holder shrimps to full guard and makes leg triangle
