Combo: Left Punch/Right Knee/push away/Right Round Kick
Combo: Right Punch/Left Knee/push away/Left Round Kick
Straight Punch Low
Inside Defense v. Straight Punch Low
360
Drill: 360 or straight punch low

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B3)
Focus Mitt Combo: Left/Right/Left Hook/duck right hook/Left Hook/Right Cross
Focus Mitt Combo: Right Uppercut/Left Hook/Right Straight/slip left jab/Right/Left Hook
Drill: ground and pound on pad, sprint across room and back on command (3 rounds)
Ground - Side Control
Ground - use hip escape (shrimping) to escape side control

ADVANCED CLASS (B3)
Thai Pads - Right/Left Round Kick/sprawl to avoid takedown
Thai Pads - Left/Right Round Kick/sprawl to avoid takedown
Stick Off Angle
Knife Off Angle
Drill: either attack
