Straight Punches
Focus Mitts: Left/Right Combo
Front Kick Vertical Target
Combo: Front Kick Vertical Target/Left/Right
Ground - Side Position
Ground - Side Kick
Ground - Getting Up from Side Position
Drill: Kick from Ground, then get up; when attacker comes close, make Front Kick Vertical Target/Left/Right

Left/Right combination
Headbutt Forward
Combo: Left/Right/Headbutt
Forward Roll
Drill: partner pushes from behind; defender makes Forward Roll, turns and gives a front kick
Headlock from the Side

One Arm Shoulder Throw
Drill: 360 Defense, finish with counters and then One Arm Shoulder Throw
Knife Downward Stab
