MONTH A1

BEGINNER CLASS (LEVEL 1, YELLOW BELT)

Get Up From Ground (during or end of warm up)
Straight Punches
Drill: find your partner drill, but each round the striker starts on their back, and must get up properly, then find the pad holder.
Hammerfist to the Side
Knees
Drill: Hammerfist to straight punches to knees
Choke From Side

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (LEVEL 2 & 3, ORANGE AND GREEN BELT)

Right uppercut/left hook
Right uppercut/left hook/right cross
Front kick with advance, neutral stance
Choke from behind with a pull
Drill: groups of 3; punch combination above, or being choked/pulled from behind

ADVANCED CLASS (LEVEL 4, 5 & 6, BLUE, BROWN, AND BLACK BELT)

Distance continuum - work combination of front kick, straight punches, elbows, knees, head butts moving into target, and then back out
Gun from behind, touching
Gun from behind, distance (over left shoulder)
