Inside Defense v. Straight Low

DRILL - FINAL:
Groups of 2, Striker, Padholder. Working combination above, on GO! cue, both Striker and Padholder must run to touch both end walls of the gym and return to their spot.

Inside Defense v. Left/Right
DRILL:
Groups of 2, A/B. Alternating Attacker/Defender. One sends Left/Right Straight combo, the other defends, then switch roles.
Defense v. High Round Kick (2 & 3 Points)
DRILL:
Same as above, but Attacker adds High Round Kick after Left/Right Straight.
Bearhug Rear - Arms Caught
Bearhug Rear - Arms Free
DRILL - FINAL:
Groups of 2, working Left/Right Straight + High Round attack/defense, but NOT alternating. Select groups to roam and attack the ATTACKER with either Bearhug.

DRILL - FINAL: Piranha in the Pool
Designate an area as “the pool” which should be big enough for all students but not too big to create too much space. One person begins as the Attacker with a knife. The Attacker begins slashing but can change victim as much as necessary. All other students must attempt to defend or avoid the attacks. If possible, whoever defends, controls and disarms the Attacker is the Attacker for the next round.
