Straight Punch - Left/Right Combination

DRILL:

Grps 3, Padholder, Striker, Distracter. Striker sends all out punches while Distracter attempts to grab, pull, hold, etc.

Inside Defense

Headlock - Behind

DRILL - FINAL:

Grps 3, Defender, Attacker A, Attacker B. Attacker A sends Straight Punches for Defender for Inside Defense. Attacker B can attack ATTACKER A with Headlock Behind.

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C2)

Defensive Front Kick

DRILL:

Grp 2, Padholder, Striker. Striker begins neutral, eyes closed. Padholder starts at various distances. On instructor’s “OPEN!” Striker must open and respond with appropriate strike based on distance to pad.

Ground - Kick off from the Guard

Ground - Arm Bar from Guard

Ground - Reversal.

DRILL - FINAL:

Grps 2, one on back, other in guard. Person in guard attempts to stay there. Person on back attempts to gain dominant position.

ADVANCED CLASS (C2)

2 Front Kicks with a Switch

2 Straight Knees with a Switch

Sweep with Heel Kick (Eventually add Sweep to 2 Knees above)

Gun Side of Head

FINAL - FINAL:

Defenders spread out, neutral, eyes closed. Grps of 2, Padholder and Attacker, roam room. Padholder cues for 2 Knee + Sweep. After Sweep, Attacker puts gun to head for defense.
