Shadow Boxing - work on combinations of punches, groin kicks, and knees

Combo: Left/Right/Front Kick/Knee combo

Choke from the Front with a Push - work both sides



Focus Mitts: Combos 1-4

Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free

Bearhug from Behind, Arms Caught

Drill: either bear hug



Thai Pads: 2 rounds of 2 minutes

Light Sparring - 10 rounds of 1 minute, no rest, switch partners each round

Knife - Forward Slash

Knife - Back Slash

Drill: light sparring (open hand or MMA gloves); random attackers move around making knife attacks
