DRILL-WARMUP: Alternating Palm Heel Tabata
Grps 2, Striker, Padholder. Striker sends all out Palm Heels for 20 seconds. During 10s rest, Striker takes pad and partner strikes for second round. Repeat for 8 rounds TOTAL so (4/4 each).

Palm Heel Burst + Clinch/Knees + Elbow 7 Finisher (Padholder adjusts based on striker’s movement)
Choke Rear w/ Push
DRILL-FINAL:
Grps 2, Striker, Padholder + Roaming Attacker. Strikers send all out Palm Heels, attackers apply Choke Rear w/ Push. (Padholders must get out of the way).

DRILL - FINAL:
Groups 2, Defender, Attacker. Attacker near wall, spinning slowly with eyes closed. Attacker applies either Choke Against Wall. After defense, reset for rounds.
BONUS: Depending on pace of attacks, the attackers can look for opportunities to attack other defenders nearby with any L1 static choke, AFTER they defend against wall, and are transitioning to reset.
