Drill: light, open hand sparring; several roaming attackers walk around and make Choke From Behind



Outside Slap Kick (make part of warm up)

Muay Thai Clinch

Drill: groups of three, practice clinch, make side kick to second attacker when he approaches

Long Gun Live Side

Drill: practice clinch, when second attacker approaches, make side kick OR defense v. long gun as appropriate
