Beginner (B2)
Hammer Fist strikes-Forward
Hammer Fist strikes to the side
Drill: 2ppl/ 1 Pad
- Striker Eyes Closed
- Pad holder, bump striker either from front or side
-Striker- when bumped, open eyes, either Hammer Fist strikes- Forward or to the side followed by counter attacks un till pad holder calls "Time".
Round Kick
Switch Round Kick (forward leg)
Basic Take Down Defense
Self Defense:
Choke from the Front (2 Handed Pluck)
Choke from the Front with a Push
Ground-Getting Up

Intermediate (B2)
Distance continuum – work combination of front kick, straight punches, elbows, knees, head butts moving into target, and then back out
Outside Slap Kick
Outside Slap kick followed by a Straight punch
Defense v. High Round Kick (Covering)
Defense v. High Front Kick (Redirect)
Focus Mitts:
- Combo #5- Jab, Cross, Hook, Cross, L- Uppercut
- Pad- Holder- At any given time, High Front Kick or High Round Kick
- Striker- Make the appropriate defense
Ground-Trap and Roll
Ground- Def. V. Choke Full Mount

Advanced (B2)
Getting Ready for Advanced Testing!
Thai Pads- 2 Min Rounds, 2 Min Rest- You must run 200 meters during rest! 3 Rounds
Ground- 2 Min Rounds, 1 Min Rest, 2 Rounds
1 Defender/1 Attacker
Attacker- Start in a full mount or Side Control, Make it challenging for your partner to gain a better position
Defender- Get to a better position
** Do Not Reset if you gain a better position!
Gun from Behind (touching)
Gun from the Side, in front of the Arm
