Drill: :30 seconds non-stop striking, 2 rounds
Front Kick (groin)
Front Kick Vertical Target
Drill: move around, pad holder holds for groin kick, Front Kick Vertical Target, or Palm Heel Strikes
Choke from the Front
Ground - Hip Escape from Side Control
Drill: light clinch work; partner says "down" and the other person drops down; first partner gets Side Control then Arm Lock
Drill: as above, but the second partner does Hip Escape
ADVANCED CLASS (A3)
Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 3 minutes
One Arm Shoulder Throw
Stick - Overhead
Drill: attacker makes Stick Overhead attack, defender makes the defense; sometimes (just for fun) during the counterattacks, the defender uses One Arm Shoulder Throw
