Advanced- Straight Stab
Drill: eyes closed, Defense v. Low Round Kick (absorb), Defense v. Front Kick (redirect) or Defense v. Straight Stab
Advanced (C1)
Warm up- Level 1-3 self defense techniques- half speed
One Arm Shoulder Throw
Drill: Level 1-3 self defense techniques, when possible, defender makes a one arm shoulder throw
Knife- defense v. downward stab
Knife- defense v. upward stab
Knife- straight stab
Drill: Groups of 3; non-strikes on pad; attacker gives a verbal signal and makes either a downward stab, upward stab or straight stab, defender; makes the appropriate defense and gets back to striking the pad.
