BEGINNER CLASS (B1)
Round Kick
Ground - Back Position
Ground - Get Up
Ground - Front Kick
Ground - Round Kick (emphasize finishing the kick and spinning to establish good position with feet toward the attacker OR get up)
Choke from Behind (Note: if you have new people in class, you will have to teach them knees and perhaps elbows)
Drill: Kick from the ground, get up, punch the same pad; third person makes Choke from Behind at any time
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (D1)
Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 3 minutes incorporating hooks and uppercuts; add sprawls in rounds 2 and 3
Front Kick with Advance
Choke from Behind with a Pull
ADVANCED CLASS (D1)
Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 3 minutes; incorporate sprawls; round 2 should be in opposite stance
Stick Overhead
Stick Baseball Bat
Drill: eyes closed, overhead or baseball bat very advanced students, add left or right hand)
