Palm Heel Strike
Groin Kick
Footwork: move backward
Drill: L/R palm heel strike - move back as pad holder tries to touch you with pad - groin kick
Choke from the Front (2 handed)
Drill: eyes closed; attacker either pushes with pad and defender makes the combination above OR attacker makes choke from the front

Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
Defense v. Hook (covering)
Defense v. Hook to body (covering low)
Defense v. Uppercut
Sparring Drill - 1 attacker, one defend; covering against hooks, uppercuts, body shots
Sparring rounds, hands only

Thai Pads: Combo #6 (right/left hook/right) with round kick
Thai Pads: Combo #7 (left hook/right/left hook) with round kick
Drill: defend these combos
Knife Downward Stab
Gun from the Front - practice gun from the front with attacker bringing gun up to point and defending immediately
Drill: eyes closed, verbal signal, attacker either makes downward stab with knife or raises a gun
