Drill: 4 punches moving backward (lightly, to partner's hands); then partner rushes in; defender makes Basic Takedown Defense and practices knees without making contact
360 Defense
Drill: same drill as above, but attacker makes EITHER rushes forward OR makes 360 attack
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B2)
Thai Pads: Combo #2 with kick
Thai Pads: Combo #2 with kick, pivot left, add right kick
Defense v. High Round Kick (2 or 3 points of contact)
Thai Pads: Combo #2 with kick, pad holder makes high left round kick; defender defends and counters with right cross
