Straight Punch
Front Kick
360 with Counter (from Level 2)
Choke from Front
Drill - Attacker Fights Back - attacker makes Choke From Front; defender makes the defense; attacker steps back, then steps forward with 360 attack; defender defends and finishes

Thai Pads: 3 minute round - 1st minute left/right combo only; 2nd minute right round kick only; 3rd minute left round kick only
Thai Pads: Combo #1 - focus on powerful round kicks, but also speed between the punch and the kick
Ground - Arm Bar from Guard
Ground - Guard Reversal

Sweep with Heel Kick
Drill: Headlock from Behind, end with a sweep whenever possible
Gun from Behind, Touching
Gun from Behind at a Distance
