Front Kick to the Groin
Combo: Left/Right/Right Elbow
Choke from the Front (2 handed)
Drill: eyes closed, pad holder holds for straight punches, front kick to the groin, OR makes Choke from the Front.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (A3)
Back Kick
Drill: groups of three; make back kick, turn, and continue with combatives until a second pad holder signals you to kick his pad, etc.
Defensive Back Kick with a Spin
Outside Defense 1-5
Drill: groups of 4, 1 person in the middle -- one striker at a time makes straight punch from any angle; the defender must defend and counterattack
ADVANCED CLASS (A3)
Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
