Straight Punches
Drill: Left/Right Combo, move to new angle (don't stay in one place)
Choke from the Side
Drill: groups of three; the person in the middle punches non-stop, then defends Choke from the Side

Thai Pads - combinations 1 & 2
Choke from Behind with a Pull
Inside Defense w/Counterattacks v. Right Punch (do 1 and 2 punches)
Drill: groups of 3; the defender punches non-stop; the third person attacks with Choke from Behind with a Pull OR gives a verbal warning and then makes a right punch.

Light Sparring (hands only, open hands)
Singe Leg takedown
Light Sparring including single leg takedowns; sprawl to defend
Stick Overhead
Drill: eyes closed; defend stick overhead or takedown
