Knees
Combo: pad holder calls out 3, 5, or 7; striker makes that many straight punches (starting with Left), then delivers a right knee
Ground - Front Kick from Ground
Drill: as above, pad holder calls out combination with knee; after knee, striker sits down (fall break if desired) and takes Ground Position; striker gives kick, gets up, and pad holder calls out another combination; reset
360 Defense
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C1)
Uppercut Punch
Combo: Left/Right/Left Uppercut
Combo: Left/Right Uppercut/Left Hook
Combo: Left/Right/pad holder comes forward and striker covers, moving head outside of at the attacker's elbows, then throws Left Uppercut
Combo: Left/pad holder comes forward and striker covers, moving head outside of the attacker's elbows, then throws Right Uppercut
Bearhug Front, Arms Free, Neck Leverage
ADVANCED CLASS (C1)
Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Left Hook/bob and weave v. left hook/Left Hook/Right
Full Nelson, Finger Grab
Full Nelson, Throw
Side Control
Shrimp from Side Control to Full Guard
Drill: full nelson, throw; then take side control; bottom person shrimp to full guard
