Drill: recognize distance, either elbow #2/3 or Hammerfist

Drill: knees on command (vary the time of action and rest)
Choke from Behind (work opposite side from normal)
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (A1)
Focus Mitt Combo: Combo #3/duck right hook/Left Hook/Right Cross/Sprawl
Headlock from the Side - work both sides
Ground - Headlock from the Side going Backward
ADVANCED CLASS (A1)
Thai Pads: 2 rounds of 2 minutes
Drill: Interference Drill - each person does 2 rounds
Jumping Round Kick
Gun from Behind - practice turning either direction
Gun from Behind - different situations such as hands in pockets, holding packages, or with a friend standing on one side or the other
