Thai Pads - 3 rounds of 2 minutes, 30 second rest, include round kicks
Inside Slap Kick
Bearhug Behind, Arms Caught
Drill: attacker grabs defender from behind, but favoring one side or the other; the defender must figure out which side is better for counterattacks and finish the exercise
ADVANCED CLASS (A2)
Spinning Outside Slap Kick
Defense v. Spinning Outside Slap Kick (like round kick defense)
Knife - kick defense v. knife
Knife - downward stab
Drill: knife attack, recognize distance, defend with either kick or hand defense
