Round kick (include forward leg)
Combo: left/right/ right/left round kick/right knee

Focus Mitts: straight punches
Drill: focus mitts with disturbing
Hook punch
Armbar from Guard
Guard Reversal
Drill: groups of three; start with one attacker in guard; make arm bar or reversal, get up and make drill with focus mitts and disturbing; if you don't get up soon enough, pad holder strikes you until you get up!

Thai Pads: 3 rounds, include sprawl
Long Gun Front- dead side
Knife Downward Stab v left Handed Attacker
Drill: eyes closed, either of these attacks
