Inside Defense

Inside Defense v. Straight Punch Low

Ground - Side Position and Get Up

Ground - Side Kick

Drill: practice Inside Defense with partner; when partner says "down," defender sits down into Side Position, kicks the air, then gets up and continues



Thai Pads - 3 rounds of 3 minutes

Ground - Arm Bar from Guard; include kicking the attacker away after the arm break and getting up

Ground - Guard Reversal



Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 3 minutes, include sprawl

Knife - on the ground, attacker in guard, scissor sweep

Ground - Leg Triangle from Guard

Knife - on the ground, use Leg Triangle to control
