BEGINNER CLASS
Left Punch; then left punch, step 45 degrees to the right, left punch again (partner turns with you)
Right Punch; then right punch, step 45 degrees to the left, right punch again (partner turns with you)
Knees - after basic training, practice throwing a knee from a passive position, no telegraphing or grabbing opponent
Choke from Behind with a Push
Drill: choke from behind or pad touches from the front (open eyes, give a knee)
INTERMEDIATE CLASS

30 seconds of punching, 15 seconds of rest x 3 rounds

Arm Lock from Side Position
Escape from Side Position (shrimping)
Strikes from Full Mount
Drill: groups of three; striking pad from full mount, sprint to another target for straight punches, then back.
ADVANCED CLASS
