Thai Pads: practice medium and high round kicks
Def. v. High Round Kick (2 and 3 points of contact)
Drill: Defend 1K - 4K for 2 minutes
Defend: defend combinations 1-4, sometimes with kick, sometimes without
Sparring 5 rounds of 2 minutes, include high round kicks
ADVANCED CLASS (D2)
Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 2 minutes; sometimes the pad holder should clinch and test the puncher's footwork and balance
Sweep with Heel Kick
Drill: with focus mitts, make combinations, clinch, and sweep
Knife Downward Stab
Drill: defend Knife Downward Stab, sometimes incorporate Sweep With Heel Kick (Note: Krav Maga does not emphasize sweeps against weapons, but sometimes it can be interesting to include them!)
