  • Straight Punch
  • Elbows 1-3
  • 360 Defense
  • Drill: Groups of 4; the person in the middle strikes a pad non-stop with straight punches, elbows, and hammerfists. At any time, an attacker on either side gives a verbal signal and make a 360 attack; the defender must defend, then return to striking the pad. For this level, the attackers should only attack with their outside hand.
  • Choke from Behind
  • Drill: attacker either makes Choke From Behind OR pushes with a pad and holds for Elbow #3



  • Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
  • Defense v. High Round Kick (2 or 3 points of contact)
  • Drill: Defend Combos #3 or 4 from partner, back and forth
  • Reverse Headlock Standing



  • Sparring: 2 v 1 light sparring; if the defender stays in one place for too long, the attackers can clinch
  • Gun from the Side, in Front of Arm
  • Gun - 3rd Party Protection, defender standing next to gunman
  • Drill: eyes closed, defend either Gun from the Side, in Front of Arm OR 3rd Party.
