Beginner (B2)
Opposite Stance
-Movement Forward/Back
-Straight Punches
-Front kick to a Vertical Target
Drill: Striker is in opposite stance, front kick vertical target, move in, R-Punch, L- Punch, L-Elbow strike
Choke from Behind
Headlock from Behind
Drill: 2-3 Lines (Adjust according to class size)
-1st person on line is defending, everyone else is attacking
- Defender Eyes Closed
- Attackers- Constant attacks, Either Choke from Behind or Headlock from Behind
- once everyone has attacked at least once, switch defenders
Ground-Back Position

Intermediate (B2)
Advancing front Kick
Combo: Advancing front kick, knee strike, L & R straight punches followed by a Headbutt
360 with Counter attacks
Ground -trap and roll
Ground- def v. Choke full mount
Kick from the Ground (Quick Review)
Ground- Getting up (Quick Review)
Drill: 2 groups, A' &B's/ 1 Kicking shield
One group Defends, the other Attacks.
Defenders; on their back, eyes closed. Attackers; give a verbal cue and hold for kicks from the ground or mount defender. Defender; on attackers cue, execute a kick from the ground, get up fast and follow up with counter attacks till time is called, When mounted, make the appropriate defense and reset!

Advanced (B2)
Opposite stance
-Spinning heel Kick
- R-Jab/Over Hand Left
Focus Mitts: opposite stance
Basic Combinations- 1-4
-Execute a Spinning Heel Kick, after every Odd Combo
-Execute R-Jab/Over Hand Left, after every even combo
Knife- Defense v. Downward stab
Advanced Gun- from the front, assailant pushing
Drill: Defender; eyes closed
Attacker; Give a verbal cue, Downward stab or attack with Gun from the front, pushing defender
