Drill: Left, Right, Left/Right Combo, or Outside Slap Kick

Advanced Technique:  Gun - 2 Handed Cupping Technique

ADVANCED CLASS

High Round Kick

Spinning Heel Kick

Drill: Left, Right, Left/Right combo, or Spinning Heel Kick. Use tombstone pad for easier training, focus mitts for harder training.

Knife - Kick from Distance

Knife - Downward Stab

Drill: eyes closed, verbal signal, use kick or hand defense based on distance
