Beginner (A3) 
Punches- Straight
Front Kick (Groin)
Drill: Partner calls out even numbers (mostly 2, 4, 6) and striker makes that many punches, leading with the forward hand. At least twice during the round, the partner calls out a number higher than 10.
360
Choke rom the Front (2-Handed)
Drill: eyes closed, choke, 360 or push with pad and react with straight punches
Intermediate (A3)
Basic Punching and Kicking to large shield
Drill: "in" and "out" on instructors command, practicing distance continuum (kicks, punches, then elbows and knee, etc)
Front Kick with Advance (fighting and neutral)
Defense v. Low Round Kick (absorb)
Defense v. Front Kick (stoping)
Bearhug Front Arms free (space)
Bearhug Front Arms free (neck leverage)
Advanced (A3)
Spinning Heel Kick
Focus Mitts- Combination- Jab, Cross, Hook, Spinning Heel Kick (both sides)
Stopping Def. V. Spinning Heel Kick
Stick-overhead defense
Stick- Left handed attacker
Drill: Defender; eyes closed, attacker; gives a verbal signal and makes either attack
