Straight Punches -- build to a combination of Left/Left/Right/Left/Right
Drill: 2 attackers stand in front of defender, on either side at about 45 degrees. The defender must see both attackers and try to defend 360 attacks from both of them.
Choke from the Front (2 handed)
Drill: the attacker makes a choke; defender defends; the attacker then throws a 360 attack SAFELY; the defender defends and continues with counterattacks

From now on, the above scenario will be referred to as Attacker Fights Back or AFB. Thanks!

Focus Mitt Combination: Left/Right/Left Hook/bob and weave/Liver Shot/Left Hook/Right Cross;
build the combination in stages: Left/Right/Left Hook...then add bob and weave...then add Liver Shot, etc.
Heel Kick
Use Heel Kick in Ground Position as an Axe Kick to pad
Ground - Side Control
Ground - Elbow Escape out of side control
Arm Lock from Side Control

Jumping Front Kick
Fall Break Side - review
Cavaliers 1-4
Knife - Straight Stab; include takedown using cavalier
