Drill: Light Straight punches on the pad; on pad holder's command ("Go") Front kick to a Vertical Target burst in aggressively with Left, Right, Left, Right Elbow, then move Back and continue with light strikes
360
Choke from Side
Drill: Eyes closed, either choke from the side or give a verbal cue and make a 360 attack
Intermediate (C1)
Front Kick with Advance
Headbutt Forward
Headbutt Upward
Drill: 2 Round of basic focus mitt work (include Forward and Upward Headbutts)
Defense v. Low Round Kick (Shin Block)
Defense v. Front Kick (Redirecting)
Defense v. High Round Kick (Reflexive)
Vision Drill: Recognize High Round, Low Round and Front Kick
Bearhug Front Arms Free (neck leverage)
Ground- Headlock Side Backward
Intermeidiate (C1)
Thai Pads/ Large Shield- 3 Rounds of 2 minutes, Basic Combinations, include sprawls, knees, Elbows. On pad holders command ("Down") striker mounts large shield, Ground and pound until pad holder calls "Up", striker quickly gets up and continues with combinations on Thai pads.
One Arm Shoulder Throw
Full Nelson- throw
Full Nelson- sweep
Advanced Gun- from front, assailant using off hand
Drill: Eyes closed, Full-Nelson (throw/sweep) or Gun from front, assailant using off hand
