Basic Clinch Defense (position for knees), include some footwork and movement, attacker dropping lower, etc.
Drill: Groups of 3; 30 seconds non-stop straight punches with pad holder, followed by 30 seconds of Basic Clinch with other parter. Do FOUR rounds of this before switching.
Front Kick (groin)

Choke From the Front (2 Handed)
Ground - Back Position
Ground - Round Kick (emphasize recovery to ground position)
Ground - Get Up
INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C1)
Focus Mitts: 2 rounds of 3 minutes, include elbows
Head Butt Forward
Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Head Butt
Focus Mitts: Left/Right/Right Elbow/Head Butt
Bearhug Front, Arms Free (space and base)
Bearhug Front, Arms Free (neck leverage)
ADVANCED CLASS (C1)
Focus Mitts: Thai Pads: 2 rounds of 2 minutes, emphasize round kicks
Spinning Heel Kick (video tape your own "Bottle Cap Challenge!")
Thai Pads: Left/Right combo OR Spinning Heel Kick
Gun with Assailant Pushing, Slapping, Etc.
