CONDITIONING CHALLENGE

BEGINNER CLASS (A1)
Straight Punches
Drill: Belt Drill (alternate in groups of three, but do THREE rounds each!)
Front Kick
Round Kick
Drill: Horseshoe drill (video available)
Self Defense review (any chokes the group knows)
Drill: non-stop self defense (at least two attackers)

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (A1)
Focus Mitts: 4 rounds of basic combinations, include sprawls, last 30 seconds of each round should be non-stop punching (do 2 or 3 minute rounds)
Review Side Kick and Back Kick
Drill: Interference Drill
Ground - Headlock going Forward
Ground - Headlock going Backward
Drill: attacker makes headlock on the ground and tries to keep the defender down; defender must escape the headlock, stand up, and strike a pad non-stop for 30 seconds; 4 rounds.

ADVANCED CLASS (A1)
Thai Pads: 4 rounds of basic combinations, include sprawls, last 30 seconds of each round should be non-stop punching (do 2 or 3 minute rounds)
Review Basic Gun
Review Basic Knife
Drill: Circle of Life -- in the middle, non-stop attacks including gun, knife, and self defense
