Ground - Back Position
Ground - Get Up
Drill: groups of 3; defender makes punches to one pad, then gets pushed by the third person; defender makes hammerfist and turns to continue striking the new target; at any time, the pad holder can say “Down!” The defender must sit down (fall break, if they know it) into Back Position, then Get Up.
Choke From Behind
Drill: as above, but with groups of 4; at any time, the third person can make Choke from Behind.

Focus Mitts: 3 rounds of 2 minutes
Defense v. Front Kick (redirect)

Drill — light sparring with hands and groin kicks
