INTERMEDIATE CLASS (LEVELS 2&3, ORANGE & GREEN BELT)

Bearhug front arms caught with and without space

ADVANCED CLASS (LEVELS 4-6, BLUE, BROWN & BLACK BELT)
Focus mitts or Thai pads opposite stance - 3 two minute rounds

Knife threat front, dead side
