Straight Punches (unless one is brand new, try from an opposite stance!)
Hammerfist to the Side
Choke from Behind
Headlock from Behind
Drill: eyes open (don't look at mirror), react to either choke from behind or headlock from behind.

Focus Mitts - concentrate on single punches, speed and maximum power
Outside Slap kick
Drill: partner moves around, calls out either left or right punch OR outside slap kick
Inside Defense v. Left Punch
Inside Defense v. Right Punch (2 counters)
Inside Defense v. Right Punch (1 counter)
Reflexive Defense v. High Round Kick
Drill: eyes closed; verbal signal; react to either straight punch or high round kick (slow speed, then faster if possible)

Tabata Punches = - 8 rounds, 20 seconds full speed, 10 second rest
Mouth of Hand Punch
Cavaliers (emphasize taking down for tonight)
Knife Downward stab (emphasize takedowns for tonight)
Knife Upward stab (emphasize takedowns for tonight)
