Law Enforcement Instructor Certification

Dates: June 27-30

Location: Dallas, TX

This course is appropriate for both civilian instructors AND current law enforcement officers. Civilian instructors will gain a better understanding of how to train law enforcement personnel in Krav Maga techniques and tactics. Law Enforcement officers will be certified to train their departments in Krav Maga techniques.

This course will include practical training in:

- Combatives

- Self Defense

- Ground Defense & Management

- Defense v. Handgun Threats

- Defense v. Long Gun Threats

- Defense v. Edged Weapons

- Weapon Retention

- Arrest & Control

This course will also include lectures in:

- Teaching Template (teaching methodology)

- Use of Force Options

- Understanding Performance Under Stress (OODA Loop, Physiological Effects, etc.)

- Standard Equipment and Usage

Civilians will also experience the effects of both the Taser and OC Spray.
