Let's cheer on our most recent group of Level 4 Instructor candidates about to start their training at Krav Maga Alliance HQ!

In Krav Maga, we emphasize aggressiveness.  But this sometimes leads us to punching with too much weight on the forward foot. That can affect mobility, make us vulnerable to takedowns or kicks, and puts our head closer to the opponent's punches. As we improve our technique, we must learn to be aggressive while maintain balance. Watch the video below.

Congratulations to the group of instructors who just completed their Level 2 Certification with the Krav Maga Alliance!

Congratulations to Nicola Provolo for earning his 4th Degree black belt in Krav Maga AND his black belt in jiu-jitsu in the same month!  Nicola was officially our first affiliate in Europe, and he has a fantastic school called Fight and Fit Club near Verona, Italy.  Nice work, Nicola!

Nicola Provolo's Krav Maga school, Fight And Fit, is fantastic! If you're in the area, definitely train there!

We'd like to welcome G3 Self Defense Academy from Rio Rancho, NM to the Krav Maga Alliance! We look forward to supporting you and your success!
