Please be aware that next week, June 10-14, we will be writing special lesson plans to include Padded Assailant drills. These drills will take place during the last 15 minutes of class.

If you cannot use these lesson plans immediately, we are sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you can use them in the future.

Regular lesson plans will resume the following week.
